Dale and Shanan Farrow of Jacksonville, Fla., announce the birth of their son Patrick Finn on March 17, St. Patrick's day at Sands Hospital. He weighed 8 pounds and 7 ounces and was 21 inches long.

Maternal grandparents are John and Mary Neil Loe of Jacksonville. Paternal grandparents are Vickie Farrow and the late Jackie Farrow of Covington.
