Mr. Harris Loyd, 66, of Jasper, died Feb. 25 at Piedmont Hospital, Atlanta.

Surviving are son Billy Loyd, Jasper; daughters and sons-in-law Jamica and David Carter, Talking Rock, Darlene Loyd, Temple, Marlene and Randy Garner, Covington; brother and sister-in-law Larry and Beverly Loyd, Dawsonville; grandchildren Amy and Matt White, Eric Garner, Courtney Carver and Cody Carver.

Funeral services were held Feb. 27 in the chapel of Cagle Funeral Home with the Rev. Russ Woody and the Rev. David LeGrand officiating. The family accepted potted plants or donations to Mt. Hope Community Church, 4334 Ga. Highway 53 West, Jasper, GA 30143.
