Jimmy Lee Bonner Jr. (Lee), died Dec. 6. He was born in 1987 in Fulton County. Mr. Bonner began his education in the DeKalb County School system. After moving to Covington, he attended Newton High School and was looking forward to his graduation in 2008. He enjoyed drawing, playing basketball (shooting hoops), dancing, singing and watching Disney movies. Always, happy and joyful, Lee would bring joy to all those whose lives he touched. He had a kind, gentle, humble, loving and patient spirit. He was full of fun and smiles.

Surviving are mother Mrs. Mildred Bonner; father Mr. Jimmy Lee Bonner Sr.; grandmother Mrs. Carrie Favors; brother Mr. and Mrs. Sean (Ayanna) Smiley; aunt Mrs. Darlene Lewis; uncles Mr. Harold Favors, Mr. Ronald Lewis, Mr. Derrick Body, Mr. Fred Favors; special cousins Nita Cullins, Shay Lewis, Henry Cullins, Whitney Russell; a host of other loving cousins and friends.

Funeral services were held Dec. 13 in the chapel of Young Funeral Home with Minister Cynthia Marks and Mr. Sean Smiley presiding. Interment was in New Covington Cemetery.
