Hartlee Olivia Allen, daughter of Scoot and Christy Allen, was born April 4 at Newton Medical Center. She weighed 6 pounds 14 ounces and was 20 inches long.

Maternal grandparents are Linda Berry of Covington and Charles and Jeanette Berry of Covington. Maternal great-grandparents are C.H. and Hilda Berry of Covington and the late Garland and Mary Sue Davis of Lawrenceville.

Paternal grandparents are Jimmy and Vicki Allen of Conyers. Paternal great-grandparents are Lois and the late Huie Harris of Conyers and the late James and Allie Rose Allen of Atlanta.

Sister to the newborn is Anslee Victoria.
