Katy and Dean Terrell of Covington announce the birth of their daughter Cheyenne Elizabeth on Dec. 20 at Rockdale Birth Center. She weighed 7 pounds 3.4 ounces and was 20 inches long.

Maternal grandparents are Barbara and Tony Rowe of Porterdale. Paternal grandparents are Deborah and Denzil Terrell of Oxford.
