Mr. and Mrs. Donald Hall and Mrs. Kathy Hall-Gordon, all of Macon, announce the engagement of their daughter Aimee Katherine Hall of Athens to Mr. James Dennis Cheek Jr, of Athens, son of Mr. and Mrs. Dennis cheek of Covington.

The bride-elect will graduate in May from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Arts in English. She is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Henry Hall of Macon and Mr. and Mrs. Hubert Evans of Forsyth.

The future groom will graduate in December from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Science in journalism and mass communication.

He is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Gene Crawford and the late Wilton Cheek, Mr. and Mrs. Jimmy Payne and the late Gussie Lou Payne, all of Covington.

The wedding will be July 21 at Forest Hills United Methodist Church, Macon.
