COVINGTON, Ga. - Golden State Foods (GSF) Foundation joined forces with Alcovy Court-Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) to provide local foster children with bikes May 13. Covington Police Department (CPD) was also part of the event, helping the children put the pieces of their bikes together and teach bike safety. After the bikes were built and the helmets fastened, the children rode to Scoops in downtown Covington for ice cream, provided by the GSF Foundation.
