When will our local leaders become motivated to stop the purging of jobs and revenue out of the county?

Hello,

As a child I remember my mother buying our Christmas gifts by way of the "layaway" plan, and now as an adult I was able to do the same for my family. I was able to put my Christmas items on K-Mart's (Turner Lake Road) layaway, affording me the opportunity to shop locally without placing a strain on my purse.
Thank you K-Mart, and thank you Newton County.
