Tony and Donna Alexander of Rutledge announce the engagement of their daughter Chelsea Leigh Alexander to Michael Lawrence Wandell, son of Jerry and Jo Anne Treadwell of Conyers.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Vernon and Hazel Alexander of Rutledge and Mr. and Mrs. Jay O’Neal of Satsuma, Fla., and the late Marlene O’Neal of Covington. She is a graduate of Eastside High School and is attending Georgia Perimeter College, studying dental hygiene. She is employed with Lake Oconee Smile Center.

The future groom is a graduate of Salem High and is attending Georgia Perimeter College, studying graphic arts and game design. He is employed with TDA Remodeling and Construction.

The wedding will be Nov. 27 in Covington.
