Just a thought: Following Jesus’ growth pattern

While we don't know much of the details of Jesus's young life, we do have enough information to help us form a healthy personal growth pattern for ourselves. Luke's gospel account shows a natural progression. 2:40 Jesus is called "the child" v.43 "the boy" v.48 "Son" and v.52 "Jesus." Each of these titles shows a specific growth pattern. Just a thought: Time's Up!

Yup, we say it, feel it and live like it. Those times when life seems bleak, situations seem impossible, prayers seem to go unanswered for a long time and we conclude, "Time's up!" I have waited and waited but apparently God is not going to do this or that. Or, I have given this ample time (in our time frame) so, God must be saying "no."
