Eagles blowout Mt. Zion/Lady Eagles wings cut in lopsided loss

Before the holiday break, Eastside basketball hosted a Region 4-AAAA matchup as they hosted the Mt. Zion Bulldogs. The story for both games was certainly identical as it included two lopsided finishes. With the Lady Bulldogs dominating the Lady Eagles 59-19 and the Eastside boys flying past Mt. Eastside boys dismantle Griffin

A trip to Griffin High School ended differently for the Eastside girls' and boys' basketball teams. While the boys (6-2, 4-0 Region 4-AAAA) dismantled Griffin in a 73-61 win, the Lady Eagles (2-6, 1-3 Region 4-AAAA) were outmatched in a 54-20 loss to the Lady Bears.
