Thomas Busbee, age 85 of Mansfield, passed away July 22, 2014. Mr. Busbee was a veteran of the United States Army. He attended Eastridge Community Church, was an avid Atlanta Braves fan and enjoyed fishing. Mr. Busbee was a wonderful husband and a good father, grandfather, great-grandfather and great-great-grandfather. He was preceded in death by his parents, Norman James and Carrie Louberta (Middlebrook) Busbee.
Mrs. Linda Ann Baldwin walker died March 20 at Emory University Hospital. The daughter of the late William Babe Baldwin and Exonia Baldwin Whitlock, she was born in 1950 in Walton County, the fourth of 13 children. She was preceded in death by sister Annie Louise and five brothers - Robert, Donald, Kenneth, Dwight and McArthur, and "second mom" Mrs. Alberta Easley. Mr. Jim Nusser, 67 of Conyers died March 28, 2009 at his home. Mr. Nusser was born July 25, 1941 in Findlay, Ohio to the late Harley Ray and Florence Sheridan Nusser. Mr. Nusser enjoyed drag racing, fishing and wood working, he also loved to argue about politics and won every argument. His daughter, Tassie Sirmans and a brother, Keith W. George T. (Tommy) "Toot" Barnes, born September 25, 1939, died March 28, 2009. He was a brick and block mason by trade for most of his life, but also was a police officer in Porterdale, and served briefly as a security guard. Ellen Pressley, 68, of Covington, died March 27. She was born in Fulton County, Ga. on August 21, 1940 to the late Neal and Carolyn Evelyn Duckett McKenney. Mrs. Pressley was preceded in death by her husband Mr. Glenn Pressley and is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law: Neal and Jean Pressley of Conyers, Greg and Connie Pressley of Covington; grandchildren: Chris Pressley, Melissa Parker, Casey Pressley, Scott Pressley; great grandchildren: Annalie Parker, Ashton Baker.
Etheleen Maloy Dodson, 81, of Covington, died March 26 at Riverside Health Care Center. The daughter of the late Luby Jackson Maloy and Lena Ricks Maloy, she was a member of Voice of Pentecost. Mrs. Dodson loved her church and loved being around children. She will be dearly remembered as a devoted and loving wife, mother, sister and aunt. Mrs. Dodson is preceded in death by her husband James Harold Dodson and her son Steven Dodson.
