Tiffany Warren, age 21, of Porterdale passed away March 11, 2014. She was born June 22, 1992 in Austell, Georgia and lived there until moving to Covington in 2001. Tiffany graduate from Eastside High School in 2010 and worked as a Manager at Subway Restaurant in Conyers. She loved her friends and enjoyed nothing more than to hang out with them as much as she could. Tiffany was a loving daughter, sister, aunt, granddaughter, niece and friend. Mr. Archie Thomas Mulkey, age 95, of Jefferson, passed away on Sunday, March 2, 2014. He was born March 6, 1918, in Bremen, Georgia, a son of the late Elisha Samuel Mulkey and the late Attie Mae Smith Mulkey. Mr. Mulkey was a retired brickmason and was a member of White Plains Baptist Church. Charles Andrew Hall, of Jackson, passed away Feb. 27, 2014, at the age of 71. He worked for Evans Tool & Dye in Conyers for more than 35 years. He loved his job and his co-workers. Mr. Hall enjoyed watching NASCAR, fishing, hunting, and riding his four-wheeler and tractor. He also loved living and working on his parent's home place, where he enjoyed growing fruit and nut trees. Julian L. Gilbert of Covington died on Feb. 27, 2014, at Heritage Healthcare. He was born Sept. 15, 1921. Mr. Gilbert was a World War II veteran of the United States Army. He was a longtime member of Hopewell Presbyterian Church. He faithfully attended the Adult Sunday School Class and church. He was a Ruling Elder as Elder Emeritus. He enjoyed working on his farm and in his vegetable garden. He loved the animals and walking. He retired from Lithonia Lighting after many years. Grandma Red, as she was affectionately known by so many, was a lively, spirited lady who loved life, adored her family, and especially cherished her time with her grandchildren. Jessie Martin Wade, of Mansfield, passed away Feb. 10, 2014, at the age of 83. Mrs. Wade attended Covington First United Methodist Church, where she was a member of the Agape Sunday School Class. She retired, from C.R. Bard after 24 years of dedicated employment. In addition to her being an avid artist and gardener, she loved animals and enjoyed cooking and sewing. William C. English Jr., age 65, of Oxford, born on March 21, 1948, passed away on January 30, 2014, from complications of diabetes. Bill was the son of the late William C. and Gertrude English, also of Oxford. Bill served in the United States Army in Vietnam in the late 1960s. He loved collecting arrowheads and unusual rocks.
