He was born Feb. 25, 1950, in Griffin, Ga., to the late Robert Leon Bogan and his mother, Elizabeth Mann Bogan, who survives him. Alison M. (Bell) Campbell, 56, of Covington died tragically Jan. 28. She was born in 1955 in Fulton County. She was preceded in death by grandparents Robert and Dorothy Jamieson and parents Walter McCoy and Carol Bowman. Mrs. Campbell was a dedicated employee of the Conyers Walmart for 13 years until the late 2000s. She was a bright, loving woman. Her greatest accomplishments in life were her grandchildren. Myrtle Fincher Banks, 91, of Covington, passed away Jan. 21. Myrtle Odessa Burney was the sixth of seven children of the late Henry and Lula Mae Burney.
