Thomas (Tommy) Jackson Hutchens, 73, of Covington, passed quietly Saturday, September 17, 2016. He was born in Newnan on March 28, 1943, to Thomas and Alice Hutchens. For his livelihood, Tommy loved merchandising and selling. He spent most of his life working and managing various grocery store chains from Newnan to Covington and ran his own successful snack distribution company for more than 30 years.
