Robbie Graham of Oxford, passed away June 28, 2014, at the age of 51. Robbie was a proud veteran of the United States Army. He was "tech savvy" and liked working with computers. In addition, he enjoyed history, genealogy, spending time outdoors fishing and attending his church, Allen Memorial United Methodist Church. Most of all, he loved his children dearly. Robbie was preceded in death by his mother, Bernice (Brown) Harris and his father, Joe Graham.

She was born March 17, 1938 in Greensboro, Georgia to Tommy and Berth McAllister McElhannon. Mrs. Otto graduated from Greensboro High School and attended and graduated from March Business College with an Associate's Degree. She worked for and retired from Macy's Department Stores completing a 35 year career. Mr. James H. Fountain Sr., 76, of Covington, formerly of Decatur, died Feb. 10. The son of the late George Rains and Rossie Iona Wood Fountain, he was born in 1932 in Lake City, Fla. Mr. Fountain retired from Goldkist after many years of service and was employed with Publix after his retirement. His favorite hobby was spending time with family, especially his grandson. Mr. Fountain proudly served his country in the United States Marines during the Korean War.

Chance in 1961 and became a partner in the Chance & Maddox Firm. George (Stump) Cown, age 70 of Loganville passed away Jan. 30, 2009. Mr. Cown was a longtime member of Chestnut Grove Baptist Church and was a member of Grayson United Methodist Church. Mr. Cown graduated from Grayson High in 1956, served in the U.S. Navy for two years and retired from AT&T and C.R. Bard Medical in Covington. After retirement, he became known in the Grayson Community as "Santa" to many children.
Mr. James Perry Atkinson, 65, of Madison, died Jan. 12 at his home. The son of the late Herman and Louise Jones Atkinson, he was born in Morgan County in 1943. Mr. Atkinson served in the United States Navy and later worked in sales of construction supplies. Mr. Atkinson was currently employed by Hallman Wood Products in Eatonton. Mr. Atkinson enjoyed fishing and wood working and restoring antique tractors.

Mr. Roger L. Smith Sr., 79, of Conyers, died Jan. 21. The son of the late Homer and Ethel Matthews Smith, he was born in Duvall County, Fla., in 1929. Mr. Smith was retired from Eastern Airlines as an inspector and was a member of American Legion Post 77. He was preceded in death by son Roger Smith Jr.
