Son of the late Gordon Belk, he was a Master Tile Setter, whose work can be seen all over the state of Georgia from universities, to schools, and public buildings around Atlanta. Mrs. Lucille Maddox Fincher, 82, of Covington, a lifelong resident of the Conyers and Covington area, died Feb. 12. The daughter of the late Jessie and Dollie Mae George Robinson, she was born in 1927 in Rockdale County. Mrs. Fincher was a member of Bethel Baptist Church, Conyers.
