Bobbye Maddox Cawthon, 84, of Jackson, died April 29 at the Abby Hospice in Social Circle. She had been residing at Autumn Village Assisted Living Center in Jackson. She was born in Butts County, in 1927 one of 11 children of Glenn C. and Leila Mason Maddox. She was wife of the late John Curry Cawthon.
