Mrs. Willie Mae Ellington, age 87, of Oxford passed away Monday, January 2, 2017. She was born in Porterdale, Georgia on February 10, 1929 to Grover and Reba Garner who have preceded her in death. Mrs. Ellington was a member of Salem Baptist Church. She enjoyed having a garden, working in her yard and spending time with family. Mrs. Ellington worked as a Certified Nurse Aide for many years at Westbury Nursing Home.
