Michael E. La Follette of Social Circle died December 31, 2010, at the age of 66. The son of the late Roy W. and Irene Henry La Follette, he was a 1967 graduate of the University of Arkansas with a B.S. in Industrial Engineering. Mr. La Follette was employed by Hercules beginning in June of 1967 in Olathe, KS, subsequently working in plants in Maryland and in Covington, GA, and retiring in July of 1997. Tucker Bradley Isbill

Tucker Bradley Isbill, of Bremen, came into this world at 11:50 a.m. on Sep. 30, 2010. Tucker became the littlest angel and received his wings a mere 89 days later, at 3:11 p.m. on Dec. 27, 2010 at Children's Hospital of Atlanta. Tucker touched more lives in his short time with us than most of us will be lucky enough to touch in our long lifetimes. His odyssey has inspired countless people with his steadfast endurance and persevering spirit. Tonight he sleeps with Jesus. He will forever be with us in spirit.

Gladys Lipscomb

Gladys D. Lipscomb of Porterdale, passed away December 28, 2010, at the age of 88. Mrs. Lipscomb moved to Porterdale in 1963, and worked for Bibb Manufacturing Co., for 19 years. She enjoyed watching her soap opera, "Days of Our Lives"; the game shows, "Are you Smarter than a Fifth Grader" and "The Price is Right", and various court TV shows. Most important to her was the love and pride of her family. Mrs. Lipscomb was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Lipscomb; daughter, Renea Bell; and her parents, Raymond Earnest and Emma May (Wilson) Dunagan.

Katherine Henderson, devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, parted from this life into life everlasting Dec. 24. She was born in the Georgetown Community of Newton County. She attended West Georgia College in Carrollton but left to marry her childhood sweetheart Carmen Henderson. She later received a Bachelor of Science in Education from Oglethorpe University and taught in the Cobb County School System for over 20 years. She loved God's word, her family, music and gardening. He was the son of the late Lewis and Johnnie Criswell Crowe, and enjoyed woodworking, watching wrestling on television, and working on lawnmowers.
