Fulton County courthouse evacuated
UPDATE: Authorities say normal operations have resumed at the Fulton County Courthouse. Sheriff's office spokeswoman Tracy Flanagan said people have returned to the downtown Atlanta complex after authorities searched the area Monday morning.
