Social Circle rallies for Relay
Social Circle was abuzz on Saturday, doing their part in the battle against cancer. Throughout the day, there was live entertainment, horseback rides, a pumpkin auction and more to raise money for Relay for Life. The event was held at the Social Circle City Park. The funds raised during the day will be donated when the group goes to the main Relay for Life march, which is held every May.
Relay for Life in Social Circle
The city of Social Circle is rallying to help in the battle against cancer. They will be hosting a fall fundraiser on Saturday from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. to benefit the American Cancer Society. There will be live entertainment throughout the day, and there will also be entertainment for children. Games will be held throughout the day, and a bouncy house will also be up and running throughout the afternoon. Horseback rides will also be available.

The Social Circle Garden Club celebrated its 80th anniversary on Thursday by throwing a tea party for its members, and members of other local garden clubs.
