Brody Kyle Ingram of troop 316, Social Circle, received the rank of Eagle Scout at a ceremony held at Newton Baptist Church on Saturday. In order to achieve this prestigious rank, Ingram has to earn no fewer than 21 merit badges and had to complete a community service project. His work involved building an extra wall to separate two classrooms in the church.
