Council agrees to take low bid for Blue Willow Inn sidewalk
Social Circle council members agreed Tuesday to take the low bid for the continuing design phase of a sidewalk that would link the Blue Willow Inn and downtown. The city had two proposals for the project, one for $44,500 from Urban Collage and one for more than $60,000 from Kimberly-Horne & Associates. All council members voted unanimously to continue working with Urban Collage (which had previously worked with the city).
