Pearls of Wisdom

Honoring important women: On March 25, the Newton County Senior Center at Turner Lake sponsored their 2nd Pearls of Wisdom Luncheon, which was held at the Newton County Recreation and Senior Center, in honor of Women's History Month. Ten honorees, along with 65 guests, were entertained with a solo by Jackie Smith, a medley by members of the Voices of Wisdom Choir, words of appreciation, salutation, praise and great food.
