Current Events Productions

In a world where technology changes daily, Chris and Teri Haler are veterans of keeping up with the curve. The couple has been in the advertising, print and Web design and video fields for nearly 20 years, and they have owned their own company, Current Events Productions, since 2002.

However, to become the multimedia masters they are today the Halers took a long road. The couple graduated from the Art Institute of Atlanta in 1991 just before computers would begin to be integrated into the workplace and home.

Supporter Spotlight: Bulldog Tire

Tommy Coker opened Bulldog Tire in Covington in 1986, more than a quarter century ago. He had worked in a tire company in Monroe for 19 years before that.

"I finally decided I wanted to do something on my own," Coker said. He scouted out Covington for many months before deciding to open a Bulldog location with his partner Ronnie Ward, who owns the Bulldog Tire store in Monroe and co-owns two other Bulldog stores in Snellville and Griffin.
