Fond remembrance

Recently the Covington Elks and Elkadettes held a memorial service for their departed members of the Lodge 1806. Larry Capes, Georgia State Elks President, gave the eulogy. Jack Wheeler, Past Exalted Ruler, was in charge of the program. Kati Moss sang several songs during the service and is the granddaughter of Larry and Adrian Capes.
