Man killed in head-on collision ID'd

The man killed in an early morning head-on collision has been identified as 59-year-old James Stanley Moore, Sr.

One killed in morning wreck

UPDATE: According to Georgia State Patrol the head-on collision occurred around 4:20 a.m., one person was killed and one was injured and flown to Atlanta Medical Center. Alcohol and drugs were not a factor. GSP is still working the scene.

Railroad crossings to be paved over
