Agriculture Celebration

Down on the farm: The Square in Downtown Covington was covered with antique tractors and other old farm equipment Saturday afternoon when the Agriculture Celebration rolled into town. Dozens of vendors also showed up to show off their wares. The event was presented by the Center for Community Preservation and The Newton County Farm Bureau. Local elected officials also took their annual tour of three local farms.
