Man sets fire, burns neighbor's property

A Social Circle man said his neighbor burned some of his property while burning trash. A report said a deputy with the Newton County Sheriff's Office responded to a home on Cooper Road in Social Circle Saturday, Feb. 8 in reference to a complaint about reckless conduct. A man told the deputy that his neighbor set a fire that spread onto his property.
