There is justice for the victim's family and the county gets rid of an inmate that was costing taxpayers by sending that person to prison. Investigators have made one arrest in the Jan. 27 shooting at a birthday party in The Silos. Dandre Knowles, 21, was arrested in Miami, Fl.
