Take me home: The Newton County Animal Shelter’s pet of the week is a 3-year-old beagle named Paco. Also available for adoption are an adult collie-chow mix, brown and white; a Lab mix, adult, tri-colored; a tan Pug; a white and tan Brittany spaniel, adult; a shepherd mix; a hound mix; a Dachshund/Manchester mix, brindle; a terrier mix named Samson; an adult black Lab; two 9-week-old Lab/shepherd mix puppies; a black and white Lab mix, 9 weeks old; a chocolate Lab mix; a brown terrier mix, 2 years old; an Aussie mix with a red collar, adult; a tri-colored walker hound; a 14-week-old German shepherd mix named Doobert; a Lab/hound mix, 5-6 months old; a beagle, 1.5 years old named Shiloah; a Schnauzer mix with green collar, friendly; a Basset/beagle mix with black collar; an adult black Lab; and two Lab/shepherd mix dogs.
