Community gathering: Dr. Michelle Pastor cut the ribbon in front of Our Family Health Center, a new business in Social Circle. Mayor James Burgess, center, along with many members of city council and other prominent citizens of Social Circle were present for the ribbon cutting ceremony on Thursday afternoon. The Health Center is located off Cherokee Road, near the Blue Willow Inn.
