Jennifer and Clint Neely of Covington announce the birth of their daughter Presley Raegan Neely May 30 at Newton Medical Center. She weighed 3 pounds and 10 ounces and was 16.5 inches long.

Maternal grandparents are Suzanne and Ronnie Daniel of Covington and Mike and Beth Coody of Cumming. Paternal grandparents are Freddie and Tricia Neely of Covington.
