Festival and Ride for Child Abuse Prevention

Pretty as a butterfly: Sara Jane Quillen, 4, gets a butterfly painted on her face by 16-year-old Corinne Smith at the Prevent Child Abuse Newton festival. The face-painting booth was the most popular at the festival. A live band, Newton County and Covington Police Department DARE officers and various booths and games were also present for all to enjoy.
