Pet of the Week Jan. 21

The Newton County Animal Shelter’s pet of the week is an adult poodle mix, about 3-years-old, white, very sweet and cute. Also available for adoption are an adult Jack Russell mix, tri-colored; an adult black poodle; a 3-year-old white Spitz; a yellow Lab, 3-years-old; a terrier mix, white and brown; a 3-year-old Bassett, tri-colored; a beagle mix; a gray and black poodle mix; an adult Jack Russell mix, white and brown; a miniature  Pinscher/terrier mix; a 2-year-old mixed breed, red with bobbed tail, a retriever mix, 1-year-old; a 2-year-old husky; a chocolate Lab about 2-3-years-old; a brown cocker spaniel, 5 years old; and a Doberman mix, 5-years-old. The shelter also has cats and kittens for adoption.
