Mary Katheryn Curtis and Edwin Patrick Curtis of Covington announce the birth of their son Kaden William Curtis Sept. 30 at Newton General Hospital. He weighed 6 pounds and 10 ounces and was 18 inches long.

Maternal grandparents are William Calvin (Billy) Bouchillon II and Kathy of Covington and Tracy Bruce and Charles Edward Millington of Covington. Paternal grandparents are Kevin and Melissa Lombardi of Covington and George and Ginnie Curtis of Princeton, Ky.

Brother to the newborn is Eli Jackson Curtis.
