4-H'ers get the opportunity to touch and learn about wildlife at camp.

Ninety-three Newton 4-H’ers, teen leaders and adults spent the week at the time-honored tradition of 4-H summer camp. This year, the Cloverleaf campers joined nearly 800 other campers at Rock Eagle 4-H Center as Shawnees competing for the tribal shield.

Campers participated in wet games, canoeing, sailing, high ropes, lake ecology, herpetology, archery and other educational activities. To learn how your child can camp next summer, call 770-784-2010.
