Rysen Richardson kicked Alcovy to a 24-21 victory over Luella in overtime at Sharp Stadium Friday night.

The Tigers couldn't convert a touchdown in three tries as the overtime period began, so coach Kirk Hoffman handed the ball off to his senior kicker, who delivered Alcovy's first Region 2-AAAAAA victory.

Alcovy's defense then shut down the Lions on all four of its chance on the following possession.
