A Newton County man has been charged with aggravated child molestation, child molestation, sodomy and incest, after the mother of a 15-year-old girl discovered him with her child.

Wallace Cleveland Fowler, 37, was arrested Sept. 21. According to Newton County Sheriff's Lt. Tyrone Oliver, the incident occurred on the day of Fowler's arrest.

Fowler has no history of sexual crimes, according to Oliver. He is being held at the Newton County Jail without bond.
