Mr. and Mrs. Ashley (Kelli Galloway) Smith of Covington announce the birth of twin boys James Everett and Jasper Elliott Smith, Jan. 18 at Newton Medical Center. Everett weighed 6 pounds and 10 ounces and was 18 inches long, and his brother Elliott weighed 5 pounds and 11 ounces and was 18.5 inches long.

Maternal grandparents are Harry and Rita Galloway of Covington. Paternal grandparents are Johnny and Brenda Smith of Oxford.
