Patriot's Table, a local Tea Party organization, is hosting a political forum for Republican candidates running for the District 5 Board of Commissioners seat from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., Tuesday at the Covington Branch Library, 7116 Floyd Street NE.

Republican contenders Ronnie Dimsdale, Wesley Dowdy, Levie A. Maddox and Jared Rutberg are all vying for the seat, following current Commissioner Tim Fleming's decision to not seek re-election.
