After running cross country for Eastside for the last four years Chrissie McLemore will take her talents to Brewton Parker for the 2012-13 season.

McLemore was the Eagles' captain during her senior season and will now move on to Brewton Parker to help build the Barons' team.

Brewton Parker is in its first year as a cross country program, and head coach Caleb Snyder was at Eastside last week to help celebrate McLemore's signing.

"She is an outstanding individual who is irreplaceable for many different reasons," Eastside coach Leah Carlisle said. "I'm excited Chrissie can help build a team at the collegiate level."
