Every year local law enforcement officials partner with the Department of Family and Children’s Services to provide Christmas toys for several economically disadvantaged children in Newton County during the Shop with a Cop program. The event raises not only awareness but holiday cheer as law enforcement join the children at a local discount store to make Christmas dreams come true.
