Nine artists from Southern Heartland Gallery on the Square will participate in the annual Slotin Art "FOLK FEST" Aug. 19-21 at the North Atlanta Trade Center.

Gallery artists exhibiting in the event are Bob Overstreet, Cindy Murphy, Ann Wildmon, Wendy Harrington, Jacqueline Kelly, Margaret Warfield, Elise Hammond, Linda Pflug and Susan Adams. The event is called the world's largest folk art sale, according to a release. More than 100 galleries and dealers will be represented.

"The invitation to the gallery from Slotin is a great honor," Overstreet said in a release.
