Brian and Laurie Jewell of Social Circle announce the birth of their daughter Reagan Claire Jewell born at Rockdale Medical Center on February 4. She weighed 7 pounds 11 ounces and was 20 ½ inches long. Maternal grandparents are Otha and Ann Knight also of Social Circle. Paternal grandparents are Steve and Phyllis Brooks of Elberton. Proud big sisters are Presley and Avery Jewell.
