Authorities have identified the person found dead in just outside of Social Circle Sunday afternoon as Robert Andrew “Drew” Nichols. His death has been ruled a homicide and four men – Michael Scott West, Chad Ashley Allen, Robert Vincent Lambert and Sam Dumas Dawkins – have been arrested and charged with his murder.
